  • Where are you? Specify your booth number when promoting your booth! Otherwise, attendees won’t be able to find you.
  • Rise above the rabble: There will be hundreds of #VETS2015 tweets and social media posts before, during, and after the event. Ensure your content stands out and goes viral by using interesting facts and statistics to catch attendees’ eyes.
  • Follow up on leads: Social media is a two-way conversation. Monitor your social media activity and be sure to respond to questions promptly and acknowledge any shout-outs. It could lead to a sale or a new customer

Exhibitor booth selection is available on the registration site and occurs on a first-come, first-served basis. Conference Sponsors may select from premium space assignments, based on sponsorship package and date of application.

Show Management reserves the right to modify the floor plan at any time as may be necessary to obtain Fire Marshall approval and/or preserve a compact and attractive exhibit area.

Exhibitors: The cost of your booth space includes one (1) Attendee registration. All personnel must be registered for the event as Conference Attendees. Please register your Exhibit staff as Conference Attendees and select Exhibitor/Sponsor as Attendee role.

All booths include an 8‘ high back wall and 3‘ high side rails. Please note the exhibit hall will be carpeted. Exhibitors may order audio visual, electricity, internet, etc. for an additional charge through the hotel by completing the order form in the Exhibitor Services Kit.

Exhibit Packages are priced based on the current VOSB/SDVOSB status of the exhibiting company. VOSB/SDVOSB companies will be charged the reflected Veteran price for the selected Exhibit Package. This discounted booth rate also applies to government entities. All other companies will be charged the Non-Veteran price.
