  • Why should my company sponsor the 2019 Veteran Entrepreneur Training Symposium (VETS)?
    Maximize your company’s visibility by being an official conference sponsor. Sponsorship opportunities for the event range from Conference bags to Mobile App to the Reception in the Exhibit Hall and Matchmaking Sessions. Sponsors receive significant recognition before, during and after the event, increasing brand recognition, and making a lasting impression on industry and government professionals who make buying and specifying decisions for their organizations throughout the year.
  • Who attends the event?
    Attendees come from all levels of Federal, state, and local government agencies, the small business community, prime contractors, large businesses, and many more.
  • Can I pick my exhibit space?
    Yes. Sponsor booth selection is available on the registration site. Booth selection occurs on a first-come, first-served basis. Conference sponsors may select from premium space assignments, based on level of sponsorship and date of application.
  • What is included in the cost of my sponsorship package?
    Please refer to your Sponsorship Package to confirm what is included in your booth space. The exhibit area will be carpeted. Any additional services (e.g. electrical or internet) may be ordered using the form provided in the Exhibitor Services Kit.
  • How many conference registrations do I receive with my booth?
    The cost of your sponsorship package may include complimentary conference registrations. Please refer to your purchased Sponsor Package if complimentary conference registrations are included and how many. You may purchase additional conference registrations for the applicable rate.
  • Am I allowed to share booth space with another company?
    No. Booth sharing is not allowed during the Expo.
  • Can my company purchase multiple sponsorships for the event?
    Yes.
  • I own more than one business and want to list each as sponsor for the event. How can I do this?
    A business owner who owns multiple businesses can register as Sponsor for each business separately. For instance, a business owner of three businesses wishes to list each as Sponsor. He/She can purchase a sponsorship package for each business under the respective companies’ names. The booths must be staffed separately. The owner will need to register each business with a different email address to reserve the sponsorship packages online.
  • Are there special Rules and Regulations I should be aware of?
    Yes. Please refer to the Exhibitor/Sponsor Rules and Regulation webpage.. It is AetherQuest Solutions’ goal to assure that all Exhibitors, regardless of exhibit size or location, display their products and services in an environment conducive to successful interaction with attendees, and thereby providing a rewarding trade show experience. The rules and regulations have been established with that goal in mind.
